Alchemy: The Gold Was in You All Along

What if everything you’ve been searching for was never out there to be found? In this episode, I tell a “once upon a time” story about a young woman who leaves home to chase a treasure she dreamed of. She crosses deserts, meets an old alchemist, and finally learns that the real gold was rooted in her all along. After the story, we walk through four insights about inner transformation: why alchemy was never really about gold, how the fire of hard seasons becomes the becoming itself, why we sometimes have to go all the way out to come all the way home, and what the aspen grove teaches us about remembering who we already are. The episode closes with three reflection questions to take into your week.
