Begin Your Inner Work: Meet Your Roots in 5 Days

This mini-workshop is designed to help you with the overwhelming aspects of your life. Through audio lessons and meditations, journaling and creative prompts, you will be more grounded and mindful.

I'm In!

Gently meet those inner parts of yourself that hold your beliefs and start feeling an over-all sense of balance and harmony in your life.

The Experience

Five days. Fifteen minutes. One root at a time.

Each day opens with a short guided audio lesson to settle your nervous system — breathwork and tapping meditation to help your body feel safe enough to look inward — followed by a simple prompt to meet, listen to, and tend one belief beneath your patterns. Some days you'll journal. Some days you'll create. By Day 5, you'll walk away with a mantra that's entirely your own.

No stress. No workbook you'll never open. Just steady, guided steps back to yourself.

What Shifts Inside You

This isn't about fixing anything. It's about finally understanding.

As you move through the five days, you'll notice the tight, overachieving, people-pleasing, shut-down parts of you start to soften — not because you forced them to, but because you finally listened to what they've been protecting you from. Tapping and breathwork calm your body. Journaling and creative prompts give your roots language and shape. What's left is steadier ground: a sense of "oh — that's just an old root doing its job. I don't have to live from there anymore."

Who Is This For

For the women who have read the books, tried the boundaries, done "the work" — and still feels that tight, stretched-thin hum underneath it all.

You don't need another framework to master or habit to maintain. You need a gentle, guided space to meet what's actually running the show. Meet Your Roots blends somatic tools (breathwork, tapping), reflective tools (journal prompts), and creative tools (simple, no-skill-required prompts) into one short, doable path — built for women who are ready for a next step, not a new to-do list.
