Privacy Policy

Arise Coaching and Retreats, LLC ("Arise") collects only what it needs to run your programs, take payment and keep you safe, and never sells your personal information. This policy covers our website (www.arisecoachingandretreats.com), Kajabi courses and checkout, the Arise app, coaching sessions, retreats, events and the podcast. Effective date: October 25, 2026.

2. Session recordings and sensitive information

We record all 1:1 and group sessions. 1:1 recordings are shared only with you, and group recordings only with members of that program. We don't use recordings in marketing, on the podcast, or anywhere public without your written permission.

What you share in coaching and on your health questionnaire is sensitive, and we treat it that way. Only Arise's coach, and any staff who need it to keep you safe at an event, can see it. Confidentiality and its legal limits are explained in Section 7 of the Terms and Conditions.

3. Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:

With service providers that help us run Arise, such as Kajabi (website, courses, checkout and email), payment processors like Stripe or PayPal, our video call and recording tool Zoom, our app provider, and scheduling, e-signature and cloud storage tools. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
With retreat and event partners, such as venues, horse handlers or medical staff, and only what they need for your safety (for example, allergies or emergency contacts).
When the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety.
If the business is sold or transferred, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.

Each provider has its own privacy policy. Payment card details go straight to the payment processor.

4. How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep coaching notes, health questionnaires and signed forms with no set end date so we have a complete record of your time with Arise. You can ask us to delete your coaching notes and health questionnaires at any time (Section 5).

We use password-protected accounts, trusted providers with encryption, and limited access to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we'll tell you promptly if a breach affects your information, as the law requires.

5. Your choices and rights

See, correct or delete. Email us to get a copy of your information, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll respond within 30 days. We may need to keep some records, such as payment records and signed waivers, where the law requires or to show what you agreed to. Coaching notes, health questionnaires and 1:1 recordings are deleted whenever you ask.
Recordings. You can ask us to delete your 1:1 recordings at any time.
Marketing emails. Use the unsubscribe link in any email. Program emails continue while you're enrolled.
Cookies. Our website and Kajabi use cookies to keep you logged in and understand site use. You can block them in your browser, but some features may stop working.
Children. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. For participants under 18, a parent or legal guardian provides and manages their information.
Outside the US. Arise is based in Idaho, and your information is stored in the United States.

6. Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will post the new version on our website with its effective date. If we make a significant change, we'll email current clients.
