2. What you're agreeing to

• Recording. You agree that Arise may record your interview in audio and video.
• Editing. Arise may edit the recording for length, clarity and flow, without changing the meaning of what you said.
• Publishing. Arise may publish the episode, clips, quotes, transcripts and images from it on podcast platforms, YouTube, social media, the Arise website and app, in programs, and in promotional materials, worldwide and with no end date.
• Name and likeness. Arise may use your name, the photo or headshot you provide, a short bio, and your voice and image from the recording to promote the episode.
• Ownership. Arise owns the recording and episode. You keep ownership of your own ideas, books, programs and business, and you're welcome to share the published episode.

3. Other terms

• Your promises. What you share is your own story or opinion, and you have the right to share it. You won't share other people's private information without their permission, or say anything you know to be false about a real person or business.
• No payment. Being a guest is voluntary and unpaid unless we agree otherwise in writing. Arise doesn't promise when, or whether, an episode will be published.
• Advice disclaimer. Each episode will note that guests' views are their own and that the show is not therapy, medical, legal or financial advice.
• Arise clients as guests. If you are or were an Arise client, this release is your written permission to talk about your own coaching experience on the show. Arise will never share anything from your private sessions that you didn't say on the recording.
• Changing your mind. Before an episode is published, you may ask us to remove something you said and we'll do our best. After publication, we'll consider requests to remove or edit content in good faith, but we can't recall copies others have already downloaded or shared.
• Under 18. A parent or legal guardian must also sign.
• This release is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
